UKTI China Business Guide 2008

UK Trade & Investment (UKTI), in association with CBBC, has produced the second edition of the China Business Guide, which offers comprehensive step-by-step guidance to market entry.

Aimed at companies experienced in overseas trade but new to the China market, the China Business Guide provides a route map of the market entry process with signposts to additional sources of help.

FCO Country Report Updates

With the support of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), UKTI has launched a web-based service, available to registered users of the UKTI website.

The FCO Country Updates service carries a range of political and economic reporting from UK embassies and consulates around the world.

The aim is to make the analytical expertise of the FCO and the UK's overseas network much more widely available to the UK-based business community. Click here for country updates page.

ALERT FOR UK COMPANIES - Unsolicited enquiries and scams from Chinese companies

British companies should be highly cautious if contacted by potentially fraudulent Chinese companies placing suspiciously large orders, or posing as domain name registration companies.
